Heard learned counsel for the appellants. After advancing the arguments at some length, learned counsel for the appellants submitted that on instructions he may be permitted to withdraw the appeal. Accordingly this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is withdrawn confirming the orders impugned in W.C.No.81 of dated 23.11.2007.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs.
