wp_32196_2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by order dated 28-04-2017 in O.A.No. 1452 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad.

After arguing the case, Sri B.Vijaysen Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to avail appropriate legal remedy. 3.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 40017 of 2017 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
