This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "... to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the application of petitioners submitted individually and also through their society dated 10.05.2022 and pass necessary orders for regularizing their plots as per the Rules as all the plots are purchased much earlier to issuance of G.O.Ms.No 131 MA and UD (Plg.3) Department dated 31.08.2020 under Telangana Regularization of Unapproved and Illegal Layout Rules, 2020 and to regularize the same as per said rules especially under Rule 2(d) as entire land was plotted with a layout and ....".

Mr. P. Ravi Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners association has submitted an application on 10.05.2022 to the respondents seeking regularization of their plots and when there is inaction on the part of the respondents, they have approached this court. He submits that after filing of the writ petition, the respondents have inspected the premises and also directed the petitioners to appear before them and in view of the same, no further orders are required.

Ms. Madhavi, learned standing counsel for the respondent HMDA submits that they have already visited the premises and also asked the petitioners to appear before the respondents. 4.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take further action in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. No order as to costs.
