ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 05.01.2016, in W.P.No.147 of 2016. In obedience to the Form I notice, the respondent is personally present.
Mr.Golla Seshadri, learned standing counsel for Gram Panchayats, representing him has submitted that as the petitioners have not deposited Rs.2,500/- each for extending the water connections to their houses, the respondent could not release the same and that as and when the petitioners make those deposits, the respondent will release the water connections.
Mr.N.Aswartha Narayana, learned counsel for the petitioners, has submitted that his clients are willing to make the aforesaid deposits and obtain the water connections.
In the light of the above facts, the Contempt Case is closed, placing on record, the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned standing counsel for Gram Panchayats and the contemnor is discharged from the contempt proceedings. __________________________ (C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J) 01st July, 2016 GHN
