Heard Sri Chandraiah Sunkara, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt A.Deepthi, learned Standing counsel for respondents.

In view of withdrawal of W.P.No.6389 of 2005, the respondents herein are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment by transfer in the next category i.e., Lower Divisional Clerk/Junior Assistant as per the Rules.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
