Petitioner claims that she was recruited as Multi Purpose Health Assistant (Female) and claims promotion as Health Supervisor.

Ventilating her grievance a representation was submitted on 31.10.2016 praying to grant promotion as extended to other employees mentioned in the said representation. Alleging inaction on the representation submitted by the petitioner, this writ petition is filed.

Since the grievance is already ventilated by the petitioner before the competent authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and keep the writ petition pending. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare, Hyderabad (2nd respondent) to consider the claim made by the petitioner in her representation dated 31.10.2016 and pass orders as warranted by law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
