When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel representing Municipality submits that subject property was already demolished. Having regard to the same, counsel for petitioner seeks leave of the Court to take appropriate course of action against such demolition. Granting such liberty, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
