Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents.

2. The petitioner was appointed as a fair price shop dealer of Pedda Nelaturu Village, Gonegandla Mandal, Kurnool District. The shop was inspected on 08.05.2015 by the fourth respondent and found variation of 1.00 quintal of PDS rice. Since then, the fourth respondent is not supplying essential commodities to the petitioner even though the authorization of the petitioner is in force as on today.

In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to release stock to the petitioner so long as his authorization is in force. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
