O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of respondents 2 and 3 - municipal and revenue authorities, in interfering with the possession of the petitioner over the subject property without following due process of law, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration for 1st respondent, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the 3rd respondent and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent - Municipality, on instructions, would submit that before initiating any action against the subject property of the petitioner, respondents will follow the due process of law. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, and the submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the subject property without following the due process of law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
