The present application is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking release in the event of the arrest of the petitioner in connection with Crime No.83 of 2014 of Porumamilla Police Station, YSR District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 and 120 B of IPC.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the petitioner is not an accused in the said crime.

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, placed on record certain material, wherein he mentioned that the petitioner is not an accused in Crime No.83 of 2014 of Porumamilla Police Station, YSR District. In view of the above, no further order needs to be passed in the present Criminal Petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed. _________________________ JUSTICE C.
