THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.24179 of 2018 ORDER:

According to the petitioner, he submitted a representation to the second respondent on 22.05.2018 but no action has been taken so far. The said inaction, on the part of the second respondent, is questioned in the present Writ Petition.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleaders for Transport and Home and Sri P.Uday Bhaskar, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondents, this Court, deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 22.05.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is also disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
