Challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not registering the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.11.2016, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.26 of 2017 was registered by the Station House Officer, Gopalpuram Police Station, Hyderabad.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
