THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.504 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.38 of 2014 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Thorrur of Warangal District.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the matter within four (4) months.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Thorrur is hereby directed to dispose of C.C.No.38 of 2014 within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order taking into consideration the earlier orders of this Court dated 14.02.2015 in Tr.Crl.P.No.22 of 2015.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
