THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5389 of 2014 and CONTEMPT CASE No.760 of 2014 COMMON ORDER:

W.P. No.5389 of 2014 was filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the case of petitioner for appointment to the post of Junior Plant Attendant (Electrician) notified vide Supplemental Notification dated 17.10.2011 by awarding full 10 marks as per Clause 9(ii) of the said notification, whereas C.C.No.760 of 2014 was filed alleging non-implementation of the order passed in W.P.M.P.No.6685 of 2014 in W.P. No.5389 of 2014 dated 25.02.2014.

In W.P. No.5389 of 2014, this Court by order dated 25.02.2014 directed the respondents to consider the representation of petitioner as per the notification dated 17.10.2011 and pursuant to the said direction, a speaking order was passed on 07.03.2014, as per the instructions of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

In view of passing of the speaking order, nothing survives for adjudication in C.C.No.760 of 2014 and no orders are necessary in W.P. No.5389 of 2014 also. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order dated 07.03.2014, if it is adverse to the interest of petitioner. Accordingly, W.P. No.5389 of 2014 and C.C. No.760 of 2014 are closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
