HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 8155 OF 2004 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are challenging the action of the respondents in ordering recovery of the amount from the petitioners for the loss caused to the respondents and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 28.4.2004 not to recover the amount. The Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have attained the age of superannuation during the year 2002 and contends that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. 2.

The Standing Counsel for the respondents has also not disputed the same.

This Court, having considered the submissions made by the petitioners, is of the view that this Writ Petition can be closed to the effect that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed. 4.
