As seen from the proceeding sheet, when this matter is listed on 13.04.2016 as there was no representation on behalf of appellant, it was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' to this day. Today when the matter has came up for hearing, adjournment was sought casually on behalf of advocate for appellant. It seems that appellant is not interested to prosecute this case. Hence, request for adjournment is refused.

2. Accordingly, civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

3. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
