THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 27610 of 2019 O R D E R:

Petitioner asserts that the wakf property i.e. Masjid-e-Dilawar Shah Begum situated at Indira Nagar, Gachibowli, Hyderabad is notified wakf, vide Gazette No.6-A, dated 09.12.1989, and the same is being occupied by respondent Nos.2 to 7 and the said fact has been informed to respondent No.1-Telangana State Wakf Board vide letter, dated 29.10.2019. In the circumstances, he seeks a mandamus directing respondent No.1 to take care of the said wakf property.

He further submits that the complaint of the petitioner would be examined on merits and if there is any truth in the same, necessary action would be taken. Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is disposed of.
