THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI Criminal Petition No.5563 of 2013 ORDER :

Learned Public Prosecutor filed a letter of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Varni P.S., Nizamabad District, dated 20.2.2018, and submits that the matter in C.C. No.592 of 2012 (crime No.140 of 2012) on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bodhan, was settled before the Lok Adalat on 23.1.2015 and therefore nothing survives in the Criminal Petition and it has become infructuous.

The submission of the learned Public Prosecutor is recorded.

As the matter is settled before the Lok Adalat on 23.1.2015, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
