This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the respondent police have no knowledge about the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and respondent Nos. 5 to 15; that the respondent police neither interfered with the civil disputes of the petitioner nor threatened the petitioner to withdraw the said suit.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
