THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 1753 OF 2017 O R D E R:

The limited relief which was claimed in the present Writ Petition is the inaction of the respondents in passing orders either in appeal or in stay petition. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader has placed on record orders in Memo No. 2154/R4-2/appeal/2017 dated 24-01-2017, whereby the appeal having been considered and further remanding the matter to be considered afresh by respondent Nos. 2 and 3. In view of the fact that now the appeal stands disposed of, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
