HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO C.R.P. No.1853 OF 2012 ORDER:

The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 16.03.2012 passed in E.P. No.40 of 2011 in O.S. No.193 of 2005 by the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tenali. 2) Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent. Perused the material on record.

3) The revision petition is disposed of, by keeping in abeyance the arrest warrant for a period of two months from today, so as to clear what is the amount due after adjustment of any part payments made so far, before the lower Court, failing which the warrant can be enforced without any further reference to the Court. No order as to costs.

4) Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
