The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondentpolice are not following the mandatory provisions for conducting investigation into F.I.R.No.868 of 2016, dated 13-12-2016. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced a copy of notice sought to be served on the petitioner and served on the counsel for the petitioner for filing final report in the above crime, which was registered basing on the complaint of the petitioner.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail remedies available to him under law.
