HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.8085 of 2019 ORDER:

1.

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash Crime No.466 of 2019 on the file of Kukatpally Police Station, Cyberabad, registered against the petitioner/accused No.1 for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406 and 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.

At the hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1-State submitted that investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and the charge sheet is filed before the Court concerned.

In view of the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
