THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY Contempt Case No.1526 OF 2015 ORDER :

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced proceedings dated 27.08.2015 in Rc.No.B/415/2014 of the Tahsildar, Raghunathapalli Mandal, stating that in pursuant to orders passed by this Court, in WP No.15463 of 2015 dated 03.06.2015, they have considered the application of the petitioner and passed orders. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have not considered the application of the petitioner in proper perspective.

Since this Court passed orders directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner and pass orders, which is considered by the Tahsildar, Raghunathpalli Mandal and passed orders on 27.08.2015.

In view of the same, this Contempt Case is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 27.08.2015 in accordance with law. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stands closed.
