This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the orders passed by this Court in WP No.29787 of 2015, dated 14.09.2015.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
