ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue and with their consent the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

Petitioner claims to be owner and in possession of land to an extent of Ac.1.34 guntas in Survey No. 481, Cheruvugattu village, Narketpally mandal, Nalgonda Reddy district, having purchased the same through registered sale deed dated 4.5.2017; that his name was mutated in revenue records; that on 25.6.2019 he submitted F-line application for conducting survey. As no action was taken, petitioner submitted representation on 13.11.2019 through registered post requesting to conduct survey. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed. 3.

Copy of receipt issued by TSTS Limited acknowledging submission of application to conduct survey is filed as Ex P1. In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent-Tahsildar to consider the said application and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
