Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

According to petitioner, land to an extent of Ac.3-00 in Sy.No.269/2 and Ac.9-00 in Sy.No.370 of Thulekalan Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, belongs to her. In view of the Occupancy Right Certificate (ORC) granted to her on 18.01.1995, she was issued pattadar pass book and title deed. After the exercise of revision of land revenue records, petitioner was not granted new pass books. Therefore, on 11.06.2018, she made an application requesting to issue new pass book, but so far, no action is taken.

A copy of the application made by the petitioner is filed at page No.9 of the writ petition paper book.

In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Tahsildar, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal-3rd respondent to consider the claim of petitioner for issuance of new pass book and pass orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and if petitioner is entitled for issuance of new pass book, the same shall be released within the time stipulated above.
