THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.8083 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 6 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.31 of 2018 on the file of the learned XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 6, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1State and perused the record. 3.

Though the petitioners have raised several grounds to quash the proceedings in the aforesaid case, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to dispense with the appearance of the petitioners in the aforesaid case before the trial Court. 4.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that since the identity of the petitioners is not in dispute, their presence in the above case may not be necessary on every date of adjournment. 5.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the appearance of petitioner Nos.2 to 6/accused Nos.2 to 6 in C.C.No.31 of 2018 on the file of the learned XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, is dispensed with except on the dates whenever their presence is required by the trial Court and they shall be represented by a counsel. However, petitioner No.1/accused No.1 shall continue to appear before the trial Court.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 7.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand dismissed.
