This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.54 of 2011 of Dagadarthi Police Station, SPSR Nellore District. 2.

In spite of posting the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', none appears and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Even at 12.00 noon also, none appears on behalf of the petitioners. It seems the petitioners have no interest to prosecute the case. 3.

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
