JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22183 OF 2016 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Challenge in this writ petition was to the issuance of the sale notice dated 26.05.2016, whereby the sale of the secured assets was proposed to be held by the respondent-bank today. It is, however, stated by Sri K.Suryanarayana, learned counsel for the respondent-Bank that the sale scheduled to be held today did not materialize for want of bidders. In that view of the matter, challenge in this writ petition is rendered academic and does not warrant consideration on merits. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving all issues open.
