Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the 2nd respondent, before whom the Revision filed by the petitioner is pending.

2. Granting liberty as sought and permitting the petitioner to raise all contentions open to him in law before the 2nd respondent the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
