O R D E R

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution is filed by the first defendant in the suit projecting the grievance that the trial Court was not disposing of the suit expeditiously. The suit, O.S.No.311 of 2012 on the file of the learned VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, was filed for cancellation of the judgment and decree dated 30.07.2011 in O.S.No.2801 of 2007 on the file of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, and to consequently cancel the impugned cancellation deed dated 30.07.2011 apart from other reliefs.

The Docket Proceedings placed before this Court do not indicate any inaction on the part of the trial Court in dealing with the suit. That being so, this Court is not inclined to entertain this revision petition alleging delay on the part of the trial Court in disposing of the suit. The civil revision petition is dismissed.
