The Hon'ble Sri Justice B. Vijaysen Reddy W.P. No. 32565 of 2021 Order:

Petitioner is aggrieved by the seizure of his Hero Honda Splendor bearing registration No.AP 10 AH 6839 by respondent No.3/Station House Officer, Rajendranagar Police Station, on 31.12.2020 and not releasing the same.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the petitioner may be directed to approach respondent No.3/Station House Officer, Rajendra Nagar Police Station, and submit an application along with registration certificate and driving license and immediately thereafter, seized vehicle will be released by respondent No.3. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file an application along with the relevant documents before respondent No.3/Station House Officer, Rajendra Nagar Police Station. On such application being filed, respondent No.3 shall release the seized vehicle to the petitioner forthwith by imposing reasonable conditions, if necessary.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of.
