Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and also Sri A. Jaya Shankar Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.4 & 5.

The prayer in the writ petition is as follows: "....... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, to entrust some other Investigating Agency like C.B.C.I.D. or to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 2 herein to cause fresh/denovo investigation/reinvestigation/further investigate/additional investigation in the crime No.170 of 2013 of P.S.W.P.S. Begumpet (North zone) and to file additional charge sheet adding Sections 307 and 406 IPC against the Accused Nos.1 and 2 in C.C.No.65 of 2014 on the file of XV ACMM, Hyderabad, by declaring the investigation made by the 3rd respondent as unfair, improper and thereby violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and to pass such other order or orders......."

However, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 15.10.2019 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, requesting to post the writ petition under the caption 'for withdrawal'.

On perusal of said letter, it is revealed that both the parties entered into compromise to take divorce and to withdraw all the cases on monetary settlement vide compromise deed dated 11.09.2019.

In the light of the above facts, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition.
