The Hon'ble Sri Justice Gudiseva Shyam Prasad Criminal Petition No.4713 of 2011 Date: 05.10.2017 Order:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.139 of 2009 of Tanuku Town Police Station, West Godavari District, to quash the proceedings against them in the said Crime.

At the hearing, Sri G.L.Nageswar Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the Calendar Case registered against the petitioners on the basis of the aforesaid Crime has ended in acquittal and that therefore, the matter has become infructuous. The above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is placed on record and the Criminal Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Criminal Petition, interim order, dated 20-06-2011, as extended on 18-07-2011, is vacated and Crl.P.M.P.No.4780 of 2011, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
