HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.6785 & 6786 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.6576 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of C.C.No.528 of 2016 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad, which is outcome of crime No.116 of 2013 of CCS, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
