THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.10018 OF 2023 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime.No.439 of 2023 on the file of Balapur Police Station, Rachakonda, registered for the offences under Sections 333, 353, 504 and 427 r/w. 34 of IPC. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondentState and perused the record. 3.

The allegation against these petitioners is that they have assaulted the Police men, when they intervened in the fight among the petitioners and others.

Keeping in view that these petitioners are in jail since 25.09.2023, the relief of regular bail can be granted, subject to following conditions:

i) The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4 shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with two sureties, for a like sum each to the satisfaction of I Additional Junior Civil Judge-Cum-I Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.

ii) The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4 after release shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer everyday for a period of two weeks at 10.00 AM and thereafter as and when required, for the purpose of investigation.

iii) The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
