THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.2419 of 2007 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Ch.A.B.Satyanarayana holding for Mr.M.Surender Rao, Badana Bhaskara Rao, learned senior counsel for respondent No.3 and the Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment.

The writ prayer is against the inaction of 2nd respondent in disposing of the representation said to have been filed by the petitioner in the month of March, 2006 under the provisions of Act 9 of 1977 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

Though a few submissions were attempted by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Court is convinced, having regard to the nature of prayer and disposal the Court, intends to do, the merits are not adverted to. Writ petition is disposed of by this order:

(a) The petitioner is given to liberty to file representation by enclosing copy of this order within two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order before the 2nd respondent.

(b) Thereafter, the 2nd respondent to dispose of the same within four (04) months in accordance with law after affording opportunity to all, if not already disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
