HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.6788 OF 2011 ORDER:
This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the water connection of petitioner and disconnecting the existing water connection of the petitioner's house bearing No.1-3-642/D, Kawadiguda, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary. This Court on 18.03.2011, while admitting the writ petitioner has granted interim direction to the respondents to forthwith restore the water supply and levy consumption charges from time to time. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri T.Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that in pursuance to the interim direction granted by this Court on 18.3.2011, water connection was restored and petitioner is getting water supply. But, however, some dues are pending in respect of petitioner's water connection.
In terms of the interim order granted by this Court on 18.03.2011, this writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open for the respondentBoard to take action for collection of arrears from the petitioner in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, Interim Orders, if any passed, shall stand dissolved.
