THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.26172 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ is filed challenging Award dated 07-06-2003 passed in I.D.No.40/2001, Labour Court-II, Hyderabad published on 11-08-2003, setting aside the order of removal dated 15-2-1999 and to direct reinstatement of the 1st respondent into service with continuity of service, full back-wages and attendant benefits as illegal, without jurisdiction and invalid.

3. This Court granted interim stay on 17-12-2003, except as to reinstatement of the respondent-workman, subject to depositing half of the wages awarded by the Labour Court and permitted the first respondent herein to withdraw that amount without furnishing any security.

As seen from the record, the writ petition against first respondent herein, who filed I.D.No.40/2001 before the Labour CourtII, Hyderabad was dismissed on 24-08-2010 for non-compliance of the order dated 18-08-2010.

Since this writ petition is dismissed against beneficiary-first respondent, no cause survives, as such the writ petition is closed. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
