THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.S.K. JAI SWAL WRI T PETI TI ON No.21409 of 2008 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus, declaring the action of the 1st respondent in making efforts to dispossess the petitioners from their agricultural land to an extent of Ac.5.00 cents in Sy.No.116-4 and to an extent of Ac.5.00 cents in Sy.No.116-3 of A.Narayanpuram village, Anantapur Mandal, Anantapur District, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from their respective lands without following due process of law. This Court, on 26.09.2008, while admitting the writ petition, passed an interim direction to the respondents not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners in respect of the lands in question, without following due process of law, and the same order is still in force.

In view of the said interim order, no orders need be passed in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of the interim order dated 26.09.2008. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
