HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.8086 of 2019 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/A2, seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.180 of 2019 on the file of the S.H.O., Mahankali Police Station, Hyderabad City, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent-State.

3. This is the second bail application filed by the petitioner. The first bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order, dated 24.10.2019 in Crl.P.No.6399 of 2019. No new grounds whatsoever have been assigned by the petitioner to entertain the present bail application.
