HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.9655 & 9656 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.8960 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 6 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of crime No.145 of 2013 of Kanchanbagh Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323 & 506 IPC and Section 3(i)(x) of SC & ST (POA) Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
