CVNR, J & MSKJ, J C.M.A.No.1455 of 1997 02.11.2016 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed against the order, dated 18.09.1996, in I.A.No.784 of 1996, in O.P.No.353 of 1991 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Narsaraopet. 2.

Mr.M.Koteswara Rao, learned counsel representing Mr.N.Subba Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, has submitted that in spite of their addressing letters to the appellant, they have not received any instructions from him, without which, they are not in a position to proceed with the appeal.

Having regard to the above submission, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel to dismissal of the C.M.A., interim order, dated 11.03.1997, in C.M.A.M.P.No.2998 of is vacated and C.M.A.M.P.Nos.2998 of 1997 and 21436 of 2003 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
