This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the orders dated 05.08.2011 in I.A.No.821 of 2011 in O.S.No.103 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Adoni, Kurnool District.

As per the office note, the suit O.S.No.103 of 2011 was dismissed for default on 09.07.2012. Learned counsel for the respondent present. No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 17.03.2017. Today also no representation on behalf of the petitioner, even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

In view of the office note, the purpose of filing of this revision petition has become infructuous.
