This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to declare the inaction of the respondents in registering the FIR on the reports of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home says that crime was registered in Cr.No.632 of 2018 dated 18-07-2018 basing on the complaints of the petitioner.
