Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri S.Laxminarayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GVMC, appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2, and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, appearing for the respondent Nos.3 and 4, apart from perusing the material on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court, vide proceedings, dated 12.07.2018, that the building plans, granted in favour of the petitioner herein, vide B.A.No.1086/2527/B/Z5/VDI/2016, dated 05.11.2016, are revoked by the respondent-GVMC authorities.

In view of the above, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to assail the proceedings, dated 12.07.2018, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
