Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the loans for which the property of the petitioners are sought to be sold in auction have already been cleared.

In that view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the Writ Petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
