Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned GP appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. 2.

The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: "....to issue Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd and 4th respondents, calling the petitioner into the police station, Rajendra Nagar, Cyberabad and interfering into civil disputes and demanding the petitioner to vacate and hand over the possession of property bearing No 4-3 -121/4 on Plot No. 50 in Sy. No. 52 admeasuring 300 Sq Yards, situated at Sandhya Nagar Colony, Bandlaguda Jagir Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District to the unofficial respondents without any crime or offence, is in violation of Article 14, 19 (1) (g) and 21 of Constitution of India and also in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioners property bearing No 4-3-121/4 on Plot No 50, in Sy. No. 52, admeasuring 300 Sq Yards situated at Sandhya Nagar Colony, Bandlaguda Jagir Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and also not to harass the petitioner."

The main allegation against respondent No.4 is that he is trying to interfere in the civil dispute pending between the

petitioner and respondent Nos. 5 and 6 in O.S.No.1460 of 2014 on the file of the I.Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, L.B.Nagar. The petitioner was also threatened to hand over possession of the property to respondent Nos. 5 and 6. In fact, on 6.10.2014, respondent Nos. 3 and 4 called the petitioner to the Police Station and asked him to produce all the documents.

Learned GP placed on record, the written instructions dated 24.10.2014 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Rajendranagar P.S., Cyberabad Commissionerate, stating that respondent Nos. 5 and 6 lodged a complaint before the Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad Commissionerate against the petitioner stating that the petitioner and his associates illegally created fake and fabricated documents and disturbing his peaceful possession. The said complaint was endorsed to respondent No.4 vide No.342/4C/CYB/2014 dated 13.10.2014, instructing him to call both the parties and take necessary action. Pursuant to the same, respondent No.4 summoned the unofficial respondents as well as the petitioner and after thoroughly enquiring into the matter, prima facie observed that the matter is purely civil in nature and orally advised the unofficial respondents to seek redressal in a competent civil Court. Except that, respondent No.4 neither harassed nor

threatened the petitioner, particularly, calling him to the police station.

In the light of the above said statements made in the written instructions, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
