THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.30178 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the police authorities were not providing protection to him in spite of his complaints dated 13.04.2015, 18.04.2015 and 28.08.2015.

Despite the matter being adjourned thrice to enable the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home to get instructions, he was unable to do so. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the police authorities concerned to consider the petitioner's complaints dated 13.04.2015, 18.04.2015 and 28.08.2015 and take appropriate action in the matter in accordance with law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
